In the modern world, where everyone has their own smartphone and most of them have a data plan, it is not possible to use your smartphone without internet connection. But not having internet connection can be a headache when you need to go out of your office or home, or when you need to make a call or send a message.
What can you do in such situations? You can either go to a public hotspot, which will charge you for using the hotspot, or you can pay for a data plan. But, in either case, you will have to pay for it. And, of course, you will have to pay for the data usage.
If you don't have a data plan, or if you don't want to pay for it, then you can use a free tool to create a hotspot on your smartphone. This tool is called "Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot" and it is available for Android devices.
